Tires
Choosing carbon black for tires means choosing a structural component, not a filler. Tread…
N326 carbon black is a low-structure, low-modulus hard grade with high elongation at break. For compounds that need flexibility and tensile strength together.
N326 carbon black is the lowest-structure member of the hard grade family. Its high pour density (455 kg/m³) and low OAN value set it apart from the other hard grades.
Not every application needs high modulus. In parts that flex, bend and fatigue continuously, high modulus accelerates crack initiation. The low structure of N326, combined with high elongation at break and excellent tensile strength, gives an ideal profile for off-the-road tire treads and carcass plies.

Carbon black for rubber products beyond tires: conveyor belts, hoses, seals, diaphragms…
Test the product and return it if you are not satisfied. No obligation.
With an OAN of 72 ml/100 g, N326 has the lowest value among the hard grades. This leaves flexibility in the compound: low modulus and high elongation at break. The profile is an advantage in plies that flex and fatigue continuously, because high modulus accelerates crack initiation there.
The combination of high elongation at break and excellent tensile strength provides cut resistance on stone and sharp surfaces. This behavior is decisive in off-the-road tire treads and carcass plies.
We offer two options: a 1,000 kg double-valve PP-PE jumbo bag and a 25 kg two-ply kraft paper-PE bag. A pallet of bags holds 1,375 kg of product; a 20' container takes 11,000 kg and a truck 22,000 kg. With jumbo bags, these figures are 10,000 kg and 22,000 kg respectively.
