Choosing carbon black for tires means choosing a structural component, not a filler. Tread…
N375 carbon black has a lower structure than N339 and offers excellent processing and high extrudability. It allows high oil loading with low swell.
N375 carbon black is in the same particle size class as N339 but has a lower structure (OAN 114 ml/100 g). This means the compound can take more oil, and swell stays low despite the high oil loading.
High oil loading capacity both lowers cost and improves the processability of the compound. This property of N375 is valuable in applications that are sensitive to both performance and cost, such as tread base layers and conveyor belt compounds.
Tire treads, conveyor belts, mechanical rubber goods.

We offer two options: a 1,000 kg double-valve PP-PE jumbo bag and a 21 kg two-ply kraft paper-PE bag. A pallet of bags holds 1,155 kg of product; a 20' container takes 9,240 kg and a truck 20,790 kg. With jumbo bags, these figures are 10,000 kg and 22,000 kg respectively.
