Try it first, then decide
We stand behind the quality of our product. At the start of a partnership we offer you one pallet as a trial: test it and measure its performance on your line. If you are satisfied, you pay and we move on to a contract for the main order. If not, you return the remaining pallet, with no obligation.

Trial program FAQ
Is the trial pallet really free of charge?
The pallet is sent to you without any charge. If you test the product and are satisfied, you pay for the quantity you used and we move on to a contract for the main order. If you are not satisfied, you return the remaining pallet and have no obligation.
How much product is one pallet?
It depends on the packaging: about 1,000 kg on a jumbo bag pallet, and 1,100–1,375 kg on a kraft bag pallet depending on the grade. We will work out together which packaging suits your line.
How do I decide which grade to try?
Share your current formulation, the mechanical properties you are targeting and your production method, and our technical team will recommend a suitable grade. If you cannot decide, you can also test two different grades side by side.
Does the trial product come with an analysis report?
Yes. The trial pallet is delivered with the batch's accredited laboratory certificate of analysis (CoA) and the safety data sheet (SDS).
How does the return process work?
After testing the product under your own production conditions, you tell us the result. If you do not want to continue, we plan the return of the remaining pallet together.
